Econolite Systems, Inc. (ESI), along with subcontractors, performed the installation of pull boxes, fiber optic splice pull boxes, splice enclosures, and communications and electrical services conduits for the Bay Area Infrastructure Finance Authority (BAIFA) Project. ESI furnished and installed electrical service cabinets, located within the vicinity of roadside Hub cabinets, including new electrical service conduits and conductors from the proposed electrical service cabinet to an existing Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) service point, as identified in the design plans. ESI installed Hub cabinets, which house proposed communications network devices for transmitting data between the express lanes roadside equipment and the data center equipment. All networking equipment installed at data centers was also provided, programmed, and integrated by ESI.
