Maintaining intelligent transportation systems continuity is a top priority as we navigate evolving global health mandates. Specifically, we are committed to keeping our partners informed regarding operational shifts and our dedication to essential infrastructure.
Dear Econolite Customers and Business Partners:
I hope that this message finds you and your families healthy and safe. In our efforts to keep you informed on the status of our business during these challenging times, we wanted to relay a recent mandate that impacts our operations in Tecate, Mexico. Under guidance from local government in Tecate, we have agreed to temporarily close our Tecate operations, until the end of April.
We are in discussions with the Mexican labor departments to allow an expeditious reopening of our operations as an essential solution provider to government entities. Meanwhile, we are evaluating all options and exploring the feasibility of shifting work to other parts of our business.
I want to assure you that Econolite U.S. and Canada are currently still operating uninterrupted, and we continue to actively respond to service calls, facilitate system installations and deployments.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for any assistance, and again, I wish you and your family good health, always.
Sincerely,
Abbas Mohaddes President and COO
