Traffic Signal Safety Upgrades – City of Upland, CA

As part of its Economic Development Action Plan and Capital Improvement Program, the City of Upland, California has prioritized infrastructure upgrades. Project Overview

In 2025, Econolite Systems, Inc. was awarded the contract to implement Upland’s Traffic Signal Modification Safety Project. Therefore, Econolite began upgrading traffic and pedestrian signals while adding retro-reflective backplates. By doing this, the City improves safety and visibility at important intersections.
