Econolite Systems, Inc. (ESI) is providing the City of Brea with complete preventative and extraordinary maintenance services for 52 signals and related Interconnect, network equipment, and Video Detection Systems (VDS) throughout the City. Services provided include ongoing and regular field preventive maintenance and repair of traffic signals, In-Roadway Warning Light Systems (IRWL), Changeable Message Signs (CMS), Speed Feedback Signs, Rectangular Flashing Beacon Systems (RRFB), flashing beacons, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) components, and other related equipment.

ESI is providing the City preventive maintenance services on all traffic signals, IRWL, RRFB, speed feedback signs, CMS, and flashing beacons systems on a quarterly basis, in addition to an annual preventive maintenance check and an annual inventory of all components of each traffic signal, IRWL, RRFB, speed feedback signs, CMS and flashing beacon systems. Additionally, we are providing and maintaining emergency service response of the City’s traffic signals on a 24-hour a day, seven days per week basis, including all holidays.
